I am only licensed to practice in CA and FL- but I have no idea what the hell you are talking about. We have state courts and Federal Courts. Never heard of a jewish court with any power to make rulings recognized by the government in these states. Now I know as Catholics have courts in which the court has self made jurisdiction to adjudicate things internal to the religion. so I suspect jews might have their own religious courts, but those courts have no power to make law. Weal I think you get exposed to too much propaganda.

What does jewish aliyah to Israel have to do with the fact that your Canadian wife and her Arab/Palestinian ilk have dual loyalty, or rather no loyalty to Canada (or the US or France or the UK) at all. As you just described, jews whose loyalty is with Israel move to Israel, you, your wife and your ilk live in western countries and yet call some place else home. You live in the western world yet you hate it and your loyalties are with the arab world, you move to a country where you're not even welcome like Palestine, Western Europe, North America, you refuse to integrate, you use and abuse the privileges granted to you and then you want to implement Shariah law in those countries.
