Looking for a market scanner for Shanghai stocks: basic scans such as show all stocks > and < 50 day MA, RSI overbought, oversold, new 52 week high / lows.... does anyone know where I can find one? Thanks in advance.

must be some way to do it... what about importing 3rd party data into a scanner program? Does anyone know any scanner programs that allow you to import daily historic data for number crunching?
