As per September 2017 issue of San Francisco Magazine top selling realtor in the bay area sold $291M worth of real estate in 2016. All in all 100 realtors sold over $48M each. Most of these sales were in the Silicon Valley, SF and the wine country ( Napa & Sonoma). The top 100 doesn't include teams, top team ( mother & son ) sold $410M of real estate.
