Was watching below video and it sounds like these guys are real. Anyone familiar with them?

Yes, they are legit. I think the guy from the video is the risk manager and the partner is very active on twitter always helping people out.

 

There is a good podcast with the founder on Chat With Traders. They are pretty sophisticated.
