Hi there, One question on the performance statistics of the various systems: could you define the "risk adjust" statistic? Moreover, I believe potential subscribers would greatly benefit from having two crucial statistics: 1. Sharpe ratio (annualized performance over volatility) 2. APD ratio ("average profit to drawdown" measures riskiness by measuring how much profit is made for every dollar of drawdown suffered while a trade is open) Finally, are you thinking of adding more brokers? When you look at the customer reviews at http://www.forexbastards.com/public/forex_broker_reviews/RoundedRating,ReviewCount/desc you will notice that FXDD does not come out very well. Have you thought about www.dukascopy.com? This a Swiss based broker with rave reviews and able to accept auto-trading signals. Looking forward to hearing your feedback. Regards, Manuel
Hi Zordan, We will not post our incorporation details and company registration number on a public forum. Please call our office or contact us by email and a member of staff will get back to you regarding our company formation. Tradency is an intermediary software provider, we are not holding client funds, not operating dealing prices, nor providing liquidity to the client, etc. It is not a reqirement for Forex brokers to be regulated by the NFA / FSA.
Hi Zordan, Risk Adjusted is a measure of Profit V loss, similar to APD except for closed trades not open. E.g System A has made 1000pips but suffered a 1000pip Drawdown, whilst System B made 1000pips but only a 250pip drawdown, risk adusted for A is 1, for system B is 4. In real terms system B is 4 times more profitable per $ risk to your capital. You could have used 4 X more leverage in System B over A , and been only exposed to same risk. However, your profit would have 4 X higher. We are adding more substantial analytical data, sharpe ratio will be high on the list. We do not rate forexbastards as a premier source of Forex broker reviews. Dukascopy may be a fine broker but we do not have plans to add them in the near future.
I see no posts for over a month now are people still using this service? What about some of the posts from live accounts? are the posters still using FX-auto? what is the balance sheet?
Hi, Many Fx-Auto users are posting on: http://www.245.com User Blogs: http://minnelli.com/forex/ http://www.garydempster.com/blog/ http://nobsnetwork.net/forex-managed-accounts-forex-signals/1156-fxdd-auto-trading-results-log.html
Hi, You can also use FXCM now as a broker for the Fx-Auto platform. See our website for demo and Live details.
For those of you who are wondering, FX auto sucks. It appears to be a bucket shop and the software is full of bugs. Problems: My wire transfer came in to my account and they didn't credit my account for 3 days. Had they credited it just a few hours earlier, I would have made $1000 on trades that would have been executed. Technical support does not understand the software or the interface- they can't even tell the difference between an auto trade and a manual trade. Bugs: Have sent the same manual trade several times and it still does not register on my account. In short, the idea is great, but the reality is far, far away from what they would have you believe. Caveat emptor!
Hi, Fx-Auto are not responsible for money deposits, funds are held with the Broker. Our technical team is well trained on the platform usability. If you are still having problems to open a manual trades on the autoplatform please contact us. You have also the back-up option to use the Broker Platform - MT3 and phone dealing desk if you desire to open manual positions.
