Interesting! Maybe the admin of FXAuto just realize this problem of their system and modify it. But I remember LaNa opened more trades before but why there's obviously much less records in the history and in the 'Show past trades'? Maybe my memory is wrong. But I did remember that I added LaNa to my DEMO portfolio settings a few days before and it opened 4 trades then went red. After this I deleted LaNa from my portfolio. But after a few minutes I checked 'Show open positions', these 4 trades didn't showed on it. And I checked the history and 'Show past trades', Lana's trades number is 0! So these 4 positions just disappeared! But that time I didn't think much of it. I thought maybe LaNa was just added in the system and was in testing, so these records may not be shown in the history. But 2 days ago GFS-Wizard appeared the same problem. It opened a few trades, then I deleted the signal provider from my setting, and then I added it to my setting again, the trades disappeared the same as LaNa! Today I saw jmf11's post and remind me of these problems. I think we can not just ignore it! The FXAuto system recently may have some technical problems or maybe other some reasons. But if things keep going like this, I think the admin of FXAuto should give us an explain of it. All of us should keep an eye on it, because the history records are the most important way right now to help us select the right signal providers!
I don't know what is happening, but I have noticed that Sunday seems to be the day they update various things. New systems added, trades last week, etc. It might be a good idea to check for discrepancies on Sunday . I am learning a lot more more about these systems since trading them live. I use caution. Some Stop Losses are big. They are not for me right now. I mostly use the MT3 platform during trades. It is easy to use. I use the FX-Auto platform to add or delete systems and check performance. I am cautiously optimistic about FX-Auto. I also like to add a Trailing Stop when a trade shows a good profit. It makes me feel safe. I am glad we can share concerns here. they are very helpful.
the only reason i didn't go live with this prog was because the autotrade platform didn't have a trailing stop. i now see that the MT3 platform does. does MT3 allow fixed stop for trades that haven't opened yet?
Modifying Stoploss/Take Profit on Account screen sucks (even if u get visual confirmation). Email Support also needs improvement
Can you set fixed stop losses on trades that have yet to open? I called tech support and asked the guy point-blank 4 times, and 4 times in a row he changed the subject. I tried to pin him down for a 5th time, and he gave a half-hearted 'yes' but you have to go live to see the feature.. then quickly changed the subject again. He wasn't very reassuring, but I guess a small live test account won't kill me.
