I mean about 8000$ monthly not from beginning. Look in history trades and you see good profit and last three months small DD. In february it was about -1000 pips. If you have open positions with 100 pairs you can have maby -2500$ status in equity.

Dear fx auto man or woman (b the way do you have a name, it feels strange to not have a name to call you by)

Yes I supose you can call it a technical limitation. I first found out about fx auto when I was looking for a way to automate a system but on a server. because till now the only ways I found to trade a system auto is on trading platforms wich obligates me to have the platform runing and conected to the internet 24/7. I was looking for a way to auto trade witout the need of a computer so I can trade my system even when I'm traveling in other countries or even hiking the mountains for that matter. that's what first got me attracted to fx auto. obviouslly what I found out that I can choose from a lot of other system and signal providers is great but i'd like to have my own as well, because that I have a more deep understanding of how it works and what is expected. with the systems provided I don't know what the back testing results are so specially on those systems that have been in fx auto for some months it might be great now, but I don't know what the real potential drawdown is for example. So I'd like to make most of my trading volume no one that, even though it might not be so great I know what the whole story is. and then I can "play" with smaller trades on some of the other systems available.

If this is possible it would be even better than what I hoped for.

DD is misleading, this should show actual Draw Down not just realized after trade closed. Or have separate column.

I manually closed a trade "Sending Close/Delete trades command, hit `Refresh`
for updates". never worked, 5 pip profit went to 70 pip loss. still no response from tech support (24 hours).

should allow selecting a maximum Stoploss (ie. 100 pips) (modifying stoploss after trade openned sucks)

exporting "Performance" would be great to filter in excel

showing "Most Popular Provider" would be cool.

    more complaining:

"show equity curve for this portfolio"
    &
"show past trades for this portfolio"

should include open trades (usually open trades are more negative)

    Hi,
Drawdown is realised, it is not a drawdown until it is realised. Unrealised drawdown is identified on the platform from the button "show current open trades", this tells you current open position of system marked to market.

If you have a problem to close the position and you have problems to close on autotrade platform you can :
    a) Close the ticket on the MT3 platform
    b) Call FXDD dealing desk and close over the phone with the relevant ticket number.

You can change your stop loss after the trade has opened, if you are receive email notification to trade open and you wish to use a 100pips Stop loss, you should have quite a lot of time to change the stop under normal conditions.

  7. It looks more than one people than I request to add a Fix SL function in the FXAUTO platform. I think this is reasonable. Why FXAuto persist in not adding this option? Is it so hard to programme a function like this in FXAUTO software?

The advantage of your software is just about the software can open and close trades when we are not opening the PC and when we are not watching the screen all the time. If we could stay in front of the PC all the time, why should we use your system? We can directly connect the signal providers and register as a member on their website. Then we also can get the signals in our e-mail box and decide wether or not to open this trade and set the SL by ourselves. In your platform, after we picked up one signal provider, we are forced to open a trade when the signal comes, regardless of our agreement! Then we will get a e-mail to inform us. The result is this trade has already been opened! If this trade was opened to a direction which was certainly wrong, what we can do is closing the trade right now and accepting losing this money.

All the above are the reasons why I opened a live FXAuto account for half a month and still do not want to use it. I have tried a lot of signal providers, some shows very good results, but it just running for 1 to 2 months, who knows what will happen in the future? Like Clayburg-Multiphase and TFS etc., they shows more than 6 months good results, now please look what was happened to them in this 2 months! If I selected them 2 months ago to my LIVE account, maybe my account is losing all the money till now! And I am still waiting stupidly for them to turn good. Because as your opinion, 2 months may be too little time to estimate a signal. But the result is I lost most of my money! If so good record signals like them will keep losing in the next 1 to 2 months, how can we trust the new signal providers which just running only for 1 to 2 months? Maybe they will start losing just after you add them to your portfolio settings, who knows?

So these instability reasons make us to request your software providing more options to let us control the signals much better by ourselves. I think you can add more humanity functions in your FXAUTO platform, such as when the selected provider's signal comes, a pop up window will jump out and ask us whether or not to open this trade? If 'yes', then place this order and let us set the SL and TP or just let the signal decide. If 'not', just skip it and wait for the next signals. You could also set a option in the platform to let us decide whether or not to use this pop up function. Some people may not want to skip the signals when they are not watching the PC, but I think most of us still want to fix the SL. So you could also add a 'Fix SL' function like 'Fix Lots' and 'Fix Ratio'.

I have seen many times that a trade opened by the signal provider went more than -200 pips just in one night when I was sleeping. Of course I didn't see it place the order, I also can not modify the SL when I was sleeping. But it's lucky that I just use the signal in the DEMO. After a few days it went to -778 pips at the end. If I can fix the SL, I will not lose so much money just in one night. Some signals may need large SL but some signal's SL are set really too large! If you let us Fix the SL, than we can accept the losing by our mistakes, because it's our call!

So I really really hope you can add these functions, I will appreciate so much if you accept my suggestion.

With my live account, i lost 2 trades with LaNa system , (see joined screen) , but i don't see these 2 trades in Fx-performance , are performance wrong ? can you explain?

  10. I am also testing LaNa system. After I saw your post, I checked the records in history. Then I found you are right! Many negative trades has been removed! But it's too late now, I didn't get the prove to show this. However it is really true, FXAuto is doing some frauds with us! I do not know why they want to do this, but from now I will keep an eye on it, if they keep doing things like this, I will leave as soon as possible!
