    Hi,

I have a systematic equity strategy that a Cayman-based hedge fund is willing to seed. Likely amount is $1-10 million initially.

I am an individual investor based in Europe and do not have any investment advisory license or similar.

What is the cheapest and simplest setup?

Can I form an offshore investment management/advisory company (not an actual hedge fund) and set up a managed account for my client. For example via Interactive Brokers?

I need to form the company in a jurisdiction in which I don't have to take a bunch of tests to get an advisory license. Do you know of any such jurisdictions?

    Thanks guys
