    What an idiotic statement. A heart beats so many times in ones life? LOL So I guess a sprinter or marathon runner must have a low life expectancy since them pushing themself aerobically, and increasing their heart rate will do them in the more they work out. I guess I should have been dead long ago as I've run for 28 years and certainly had my heart rate beating pretty good in that time.

    his heart was beating fast as a result of STRESS not physical excersie.

    that fucks up the system

    check you heartbeat when you are stessed out..it beats erractically and tense.

    when you are running it's relaxed and has rythm
