The fact that he appointed a conservative supreme court justice was worth the entire election as far as I'm concerned.
Trump and Trudeau are nothing alike. Trump and Kevin O'Leary, however, may have been separated at birth. Both have screwed investors for billions over the course of their careers and consider it to be an accomplishment. Thankfully, O'Leary backed out of the Conservative leadership race. (Maybe there is a part-time God.)
Remember your thread about how you wanted a woman to look at you the way a woman reporter looked at Trump? https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...he-way-katy-tur-looks-at-donald-trump.310308/ Well that's the way that Ivanka Trump was looking at Justin Trudeau. https://www.theguardian.com/media/s...ning-ivanka-trump-and-justin-trudeau-go-viral Must be hard for you to reconcile...
Newt the sore loser, standing there with nothing in his hands. Pimping in the exact same way as Christie and Rudolph. Ah, I almost forgot to include the Alaskan ex governor.
alright, that I can totally accept and that makes sense (though any other Republican nominee would have done as well). By omission I take it you value Trump's other claimed accomplishment at exactly nil.
I'm not particularly thrilled with Trump's "performance" since he was elected, no. And I would have taken just about every other nominee from the GOP instead of Trump. But that wasn't the choice I had.
fair. Now I just remain confused why you push back so hard on even the slightest possibility of Russian meddling and relationships between the administration and Russia. I am not siding with those who make false accusations and statements but you seem to be very convinced that the potential does not even exist while all American secret service agencies have come to the conclusion that Russia was heavily involved in influencing the US election outcome by spreading fake news and via hacking attempts. What proof do you have that all those agencies are wrong or lying?
Gingrich is an enigma to me. He is well educated and smart, well versed on the Constitution, separation of powers, etc; yet he seems to have no aversion to chaos in politics and lacks, so far as I can tell, human empathy. But what is entirely missing from Newt Gingrich is integrity. The article you posted where Gingrich, without shame, pimps for a job in the Trump administration, is one of the most amazing distortions of truth I have ever read. Gingrich is regarded as the father of acrimony in our present day Congress, the originator, in modern times, of the idea that democrats and republicans should not get along, and if they did, there was something amiss. He is the progenitor of government shutdowns and consequent inefficiencies, brinksmanship and coercion. He is the organizer of gangs of politicians bent on destruction of institutions for personal gain. Between Mitch McConnell and Newt Gingrich, I don't know which is the teacher and which the pupil. Both are terribly bad for the country.
I have no proof that these agencies were lying. But I follow the "innocent until proven guilty" belief that is supposed to be prevalent in our justice system. I have said - many times - that I would accept proof if it was given. Why is there none? After all this hoopla, there still is nothing at all showing any evidence. It is therefore, in my opinion, much more likely that this is an attempt to undermine, distract and discredit a sitting President so he cannot accomplish anything.
