Word from the wife's IT guy at her office is that all the data on the computer was gone... I'm suspicious of that - it seemed to only need a reinstall or a restore... How could installing SP3 implode the hard drive? I'm aces with my PC's so I'm kinda spaced how this whole thing happened...
