Serious question I just thought of...

When the Fed / Treasury designed TARP, why did no one think to themselves: "IT'S A TARP!" ?

 

because they are using the money to make themselves rich. like when they go to war to make money for their arms companies or when they corner markets. it is a scam like anything else.

 

.....the cheapy, blue-colored tarps or the high-quality, vinyl and canvas tarps?
