Most of the prop firms offer remote trading and generally they don't care where your citizenship lies. Even with that said, being a resident of England, France, Germany is quite different than being resident of Latvia, Bulgaria, Poland, Greece etc. though all are within EU. As for 100% contribution, never heard of it.
