  2. Just a note to traders taking the Series 7 . Don't be cheap, buy new study materials that are updated by the publishers. I like the materials from Dearborn at www.dearborn.com/ . They have a CD ROM that is like the test given on the Proctor Terminal. I would study at least 40-80 hours for the test. Try to get at leat a 80 on the CD ROM tests. I don't tout any schools, because there are many good ones, but the CD ROM is a big help.

  3. NEWS FLASH!!

S&P cuts Rushman to junk status
    (Rooters, 11/29/2001 11:07)

NEW YORK, Nov 29 (Rooters) - Rushman Corp.'s (OTCBB:RUSHQ) ratings were cut to junk status on Thursday by Standard & Poor's, potentially crippling the Canadian trader's ability to meet its obligations.

S&P cut its corporate-credit and senior unsecured debt ratings for Yukon-based Rushman to "B-minus," its sixth highest junk grade, from "BBB-minus." It said it may further change the ratings. Rushman was renegotiating a purchase with rival Janko Inc. (NYSE:JAN), cutting the $50 dollar (US) price by more than half, people familiar with the matter said.

S&P said it had a "loss of confidence" that the payment will be completed, and said a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing by Rushman is a "distinct possibility" if the check bounces.

Rushman shares traded Thursday on the Over the Counter Exchange at $.05, down $49.95, or 99.9 percent.

    sorry, couldnt resist =)

but can't find them, and I keep every book that I read anyway. I'll still give you a tip though....if you're worried about passing, which you shouldn't be.

Average your test scores from tests 7-11 second time through (closed book). That will give you a closer estimate of your final score on the actual exam than you'll get from the "green light" exam. Myself and two others all fell within one point on the actaul exam score. 89, 82, and 78 respectively. The green light gave a spread of 3 pts on average.

No promises, but it seems to be a good benchmark.:)
