Could you please explain how we could be grandfathered in at Echo? I think I heard that if you were once a member of the PHLX and you joined another PHLX firm, then you could be grandfathered.

Also, once your are 'grandfathered', do you have full privileges or are you a restricted member?

    Thanks.:)

Monsieur Sub, maybe she does know it, and is quite looking forward.... Never underestimate the libido and profound bodily wisdom of a 21 year-old. Grandfather onward.... :p

    NasdaqTrader,

No you do not need a series 55 to trade at echo. grand fathered just means your "old" license that expired will be re-instated even though there has been a lapse of more than two years with a member firm.

    axehawk,

i will double check if you like, but the way i understand it is if you have ever had a series 7 the phlx will grandfather it. I am not sure what you mean by "restricted" but my guess is you will have full privileges. i will talk to my firm today and get confirmation.
