A) Is a programmer needed to link an Excel sheet to IB to enable placing, modifying & cancelling orders based on certain rules we would provide, OR is there any third party software? B) If the latter, what third party software may be worthwhile considering? Aside from the link for order management (to include stocks & options trading), we would like to write our own simple IF & THEN statements or if there would already be pre-written numerous macros. Thanks in advance.
I would be using Quotein/ Quotelink for the quotes in Excel, which would include all the fields I need, but they don't give any way to connect to a broker.
