  1. He is being held without being charged. That's the problem. Can they deport him? Sure, so fucking deport him. What should concern everyone regardless of political affiliations is that the feds just arrested and detained him with charging him with anything other than accusations, and of course being a loud mouthed asshole. Far as I know that is not a crime.

He will be getting a hearing in front of a immigration judge. The federal case for deportation is very clear when you are a leader of an organization which takes money from a designated terrorist group and march around campus shouting "Kill the Jew", occupying buildings, intimidating & threatening others, and denying others of their civil rights.

Oh look, Mahmoud Khalil formerly worked for UNRWA helping Hamas. Somehow he forgot to disclose that in his green card application. The sooner they deport this terrorist supporter, the better.

The civil lawsuits already outlined that these student protests groups are funded from Hamas. Now Hamas has directly confirmed it. Taking money from a banned terrorist group is a crime.

It is long overdue to deport these antisemitic Hamas terrorist-loving non-U.S. citizen campus protestors. The sooner, the better
