  1. Senator(Ga) Nancy Schaefer was an outsanding spokesperson for Family Values and She was an advocate for Moms, Dads and children and their rights as human beings. She had taken on our corrupt judicial system and governmental agencies like Child Protection Services. She has seen the toll on American lives from brutal governmental abuses of power.

Investigators are looking into the deaths of former state Sen. Nancy Schaefer whose body was found along with her husband. Their bodies were found in the home they shared in Georgia. Investigators are looking at the possibility that the deaths resulted from a murder-suicide.

  3. Regarding her comments on CPS, these problems are not wholesale, there are individual extreme cases which have logical explanations and conclusions which are addressed individually because there are precedents (nothing new under the sun). Unfortunately for the Senator and others who advocate like her, she can't know "all" information due to privacy concerns of the family court systems.

A better solution for advocacy is by/for the family court judges who have all the power and are familiar with the situation.

This country has so many services for the poor, being "poor" is not a reason to remove children. I can't recall the stats exactly but neglect (ie not sending kid to school) and family substance abuse, total about 85% are the main reason for removing children from the home.

Generally, there is more corruption and abuse than people think. I knew a couple of bounty hunters that became investigators and specialized in going after corrupt cops and corruption in CPS.. they found unbelievable stuff, kids in CPS used in porn films even... they were so successful in getting corrupt judges fired that there was a shortage of judges in the area for awhile...

  5. Sigh ... God help the USA

  6. Yeah, but the system as it is breeds corruption. until the laws change, many judges will continue to become corrupt. Most typical know-it-alls talk out of their ass because they have no idea how horrific the situation really is.

  7. One of the reasons they remove children from homes is if there is no electricity which is the most idiotic reason imaginable. 100 years ago, almost nobody had electricity, yet we still managed to raise children into adults. Also half the worlds families do not live with electricity, but for some reason if you dont have it in america, its considered living like an animal.

Next up, it will be considered cruel if you dont get cell phones for your children because "what if there is an emergency?"

  8. There was one family which brought their 3 children to a park. The children were running, playing and one tripped over and busted his knee open on a rock. Those children are now wards of the state and the parents were hit with a case of ''neglect''. It happens all the time.

I was doing some volunteer work with habitat for humanity one weekend. The owner of the house had 4 children, the home did have electricity but no running water. The school contacted child protection and tried to have the children removed from the home. Long story longer, after threats and many scares a lawyer picked up the case pro bono and they eventually backed down with out the kids ever leaving the home.
