Trump could do it on his own. For some reason however he doesn't. He also doesn't send the DOJ into lawless cities like Portland where the government actively assists antifa in violating constitutional rights. Obama had the DOJ all over cities, taking control of their police departments, every time a black thug got shot by a cop. Who would have thought that Trump was weaker than Obama?
Left unchecked by police, and encouraged by political leaders, a soy boy with a weapon is as dangerous as anyone else, probably more so.
