Senator Gregg does the second hour. If you are looking for what will move the market, then you need to see Senator Gregg's presentation in the second hour of the tape. I have a healthy contempt for every member of congress regardless of party affiliation, particularly senators, but I credit Senator Gregg as being a refreshingly honest broker in his presentation. This economy and every market will be impacted by this unprecedented budget. He does a good job of explaining the budget's historic precedents and what may be its potential impact.
