You have to dig to find quality stocks. TXN, ADI, LLTC,... will be up 3% in 1-2 weeks. CSCO seems be ridiculusly oversold. It is the most hated stock in the market. It can be considered a value stock. Might rally because of any change in company's management which seems possible.
