Selling a portfolio: How?

  1. Hi,

I have a portfolio I use for myself. I want to start selling it.
What are my options concerning structures?

    Portfolio characteristics:
    -long only
    -no leverage
    -monthly rebalance
-no need for public offering (but nice to have)

    Options:

    1. Selling monthly rebalance signals
+cheap and easy to set up
-no control on capital invested in the portfolio
    -no performance/management fees

    2. Investment fund
+easy to invest in for potential investors
    +performance/management fees structure
    +built-in subscription fees/commissions for salers.
    +audited track record
    -expensive (~$100k/yr)
    -no public offering
-bad reputation of funds in recent years

    3. Managed accounts
+cheaper and easy to set up (~$25k/yr)
    +control on capital invested
    +performance/management fees structure
    +built-in subscription fees/commissions for salers.
    +audited track record
-hard to invest in for potential investors (need to create a new account at the partner broker, need to sign asset management contract, need to send passport copy etc.)

    4. ETF
+very easy to invest in for potential investors
    +high transparency
    +performance/management fees structure
    -expensive?
-no built-in subscription fees/commissions for salers.

Any other options or input/experience on this?
It would be very helpful :)

    Thanks
