I have a set of conflicting documents for a real estate deal, I came by them legally. The party in question has signed one document agreeing not to sublet and another is a rental agreement between her and a subleaser plus some rent receipts... the party in question is now in deep shit with the management, they are threatening to evict her and she would forfeit some property in that case.. is it legal for me to sell the pile of documents to either side? Nobody has subpoenaed any documents so far... i"m thinking they are marketable...
