  2. Change the world? LOL good one.

The world would have been better off if Harvard admitted a deserving intelligent student who might actually go on to do something great.

While he was put in an extraordinary situation he’s done more in his 18 years than you probably have in your 40+. But I get it. You don’t believe he should be admitted because he has different political views than you. You can’t acknowledge the courage he faced when he spoke up and had to deal with a whole political movement targeting him (some elements likely literally).

Are you mad a 17 year old has achieved more in a year than you have in your pathetic life?

  6. Bush got into Yale

and Hogg is bad because he took advantage of noteriety and strings to get into a top school???

  7. Ummmm no.
I don’t think he deserves to be admitted to the most academically competitive university in the United States just because he’s an anti-gun mouthpiece.

Let’s see you make a rational argument to these facts-

    Acceptance rates-
    UCLA 17.3% REJECTED Hogg
    UCSB 32.8% REJECTED Hogg
UC San Diego 33.7% REJECTED Hogg
    Cal State 33.8% REJECTED Hogg
    UC Irvine 38.7% REJECTED Hogg

    Harvard 5.6% ACCEPTED Hogg

Absolutely absurd that he was admitted to that university.

  8. I don’t know Bush or Trump’s SAT scores or what other schools they were admitted or rejected by.

And I’m not saying Hogg is bad for accepting his invitation to Harvard, I’m saying it’s absolutely beyond ridiculous he was offered admission.

1270 SAT! Are you serious? It’s not like he was on the borderline and they squeezed him in. The guy couldn’t even get into schools accepting 1/3 of the applicants!

You are missing the point. Harvard wants exceptional people - not just people with high SAT scores.

Btw - where’s your post commenting on Jared Kushner going to Harvard on a 2.9 gpa and a rich father.
