Interesting article. I watched Frontline last night and it was about the rise of fundamentalism. A good portion of the high ranking imams etc. said that the new found interest in Islam was party due to the stagnant nature of the muslim world. Their aim was to return to the caliphate (?) of the Ottoman Empire. They wanted to recover the lands in Spain, Africa, and across parts of Europe. It's not a new idea that this is their ultimate goal, it's too bad that some of the dummies in europe and the un don't see this. Eurabia better wake up soon.
