Hello, I have a couple years experience trading futures and futures options. This was 7-8 years ago and I did it through a full-service broker. I want to get back into the game, but I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out not only which broker to use, but also which platform. I will be a position trader with very low volume to start. Even after building up a portfolio (if I am successful), as a position trader, I will never do the volume of day traders or scalpers. It is also important to be able to trade pits as well as futures. After doing a lot of reading, especially this site, I had decided on opening an account with Velocity until one of their guys told me that X-Trader only does electronic markets. Please advise!
