Turning public product into private product....As usual....The US of Bank's securities regulators are asleep at the switch....

    .......................................................

What really should be happening is an all out effort in defragmenting the markets to a singular 24/7 international highway....

All public products....all in public view....not to gamed by private dark pools....

    .......................................................

The technology is available now....to become more visible and efficient....

The total securities market should be a singular....reliable ....open to all highway at the same opportunity entry and exit prices....with international support....in the quest for efficient capital....

In fact there should be some international consideration to make this venue a tax free affair in the name of cheaper capital and thus higher productivity and wealth distribution efforts....Not to mention the need to pull out of depression....

In addition there should be a fact based information Wiki system made available for each item on the highway....

    .......................................................

A daytrader sees a price and has a higher probability of realizing a desired price because of small size....

A large shareholder can only hope that a targeted price can be realized because of large size....And this is also part of the funny business of marking assets to market before price realization....This is just part of the game....

There is a small game to play....and there is a big game to play....But just because you are a bigger player does not mean one has the right to fix the market price away from the public....

    Public products are just that....
So let's hear the SEC spin on this one in the coming weeks....
