Nice job ignoring want I actually asked you. Let me repeat it, and see if you can actually respond to what I say like normal humans do in a conversation. I know the questions are very inconvenient for you, but please do try to see if you're able to answer them even if it hurts deep down inside. I know you can do it! I'll even number them for clarity:
    1. When did this whole "hindsight experts" thing happen that you're claiming happened regarding this specific subject?
    2. What evidence do you have that this is widespread. That's actual verifiable evidence, not "well people could" or "I had a friend..". Names of brokers, places, times or it didn't happen.
    3. Are you or are you not willing to put your money where your mouth is and engage in a bet that this "hindsight experts" claim is something you fabricated?

So there it is, are you capable of actually answering pointed questions or not?

Did you actually read my posts? I never once brought up the idea that because I haven't experienced this it can't happen, that would be an absurd argument. In fact I never even mentioned if it has happened to me or not.

It's easy to think of someone else as a moron and yourself as smart when you attribute moronic things to them that they never actually said. Don't be that person.

So, what is your position? Would the broker (or staff) attempt to steal good ideas or not? Please clarify your binary choice so we can argue for or against your point. Take a position in the argument please, and stop dodging around. Respectfully

Again, did you actually read the several posts in this thread where I stated exactly what my position was in extremely detailed form? It's strange that you assigned a position to me that I didn't take, and when I pointed that out to you, your response is to accuse me of not taking a firm position? What exactly are you trying to accomplish, just trolling?

I weigh broker's capabilities with the probabilities. There is a higher probability in this technologically advanced era for a broker to take advantage of a client's trades/trading strategy and do it without getting caught. In addition , they are incentivised to do that on top of their normal brokerage service.

You say it is not possible. I'll let everyone decide who is the illogical person speaking.

With that said, you will be joining franklala in my ignore list.

So the answer is no, you are unable to answer inconvenient questions or defend your own words. Thanks for clearing that up for all of us. Cognitive dissonance hurts. Some of us use it as a chance to reexamine our thought processes and some of us literally put inconvenient truths on "ignore". Which kind of person are you?

And please, go back and read what I wrote. I not only didn't say it wasn't possible but actually said repeatedly that it is probable and perhaps even inevitable that a rogue employee will engage in this behavior but that it's not widespread. Not sure what the deal is with people on this thread making up positions for me so that they can then "win" against something I never said, but it's a sad statement on you that you feel the need to do that.

Engage with him for as long as you can bear then dump him in your ignore list. There are some forum members that add zero value to your knowledge. Time at ET can be better spent having constructive discussion and coming up with solutions to trading problems.

Please kick this @Sig guy out of the forum, to have constructive conversation. Who is this clown?

Alas I'm afraid you may not fare so well. Turns out being willing to read what someone wrote before making up arguments they didn't make isn't a recipe for success in life or trading. Ad hominem attacks likewise don't reflect well on the person launching them. Best of luck to you.
