I like range bar charts for charts under 10 minutes time frame. On ES I use 10 ticks range bar. Crude I use 19 ticks. NQ 23 ticks. Try and see if the range bar charts filter the noise and help. For some it really helps, for others not so much,,,depends on the underlying strategy. You can see more here.
