SEC Seeks Comment on Alternative Uptick Rule

  1. Reading in todays NYT that China allows only a 10% decline in any stock before its halted. didn't know that.

    The SEC is the biggest part of the problem....

    It is the SEC that should be eliminated....

    With market defragmentation and relevent regulation....

    Reporting/information would be boilerplate....and suspicious activity would merit electronic tagging....very simple to do....

    The SEC is nothing more than a revolving govt./corp job door....and has been that way for years.....
