TD Ameritrade published the following list on September 7th: https://www.tdameritrade.com/retail-en_us/resources/pdf/TDA101550.pdf These are securities it deems non-compliant and they are currently only accepting orders to liquidate positions. The document is 53 pages long so there are quite a few. When the amendment officially goes into effect on Sept 28th, finding a market for these securities may be a lot harder. According to the amendment brokers are not supposed to provide updated quotes for stocks that are on their excluded list. Buyer beware.
