  1. In addition, thirty days after the date of enactment of the Commission's regular appropriation, the Section 31 fee rate applicable to securities transactions on the exchanges and in the over-the-counter markets will decrease to $15.30 per million from the current rate of $30.70 per million. On that same date, the assessment on security futures transactions under Section 31(d) will decrease to $0.0042 for each round turn transaction from the current rate of $0.009 for each such transaction.

Have to wait until Nov. at the earliest though but it looks like my XMAS present came early this year.....

  2. so when will the $15.20 go in affect and how long will it stay at $15.20?

  3. Just a thought, these crooked companies, firms, specialists, should have to pay for policing....why does the public pay for it?

  4. No earlier than Nov 17th .. maybe as late as January. Usually for 1 year give or take a month or two on either side.
