SEC fee higher than commission

I find the "SEC fee" of $0.0000257 for every dollar traded is a rip!
Imagine a trade size of $100k:
    100,000 * 0.0000257 = $2.57 SEC fee
then add Commission to this (for example $0.00015 per share...),
and "NASD fee" etc. etc. etc. This all sums up big...
  2. It's much better the the "proposed" .25% tax a few mos. ago.

Also, these SEC fees, if they were even a bit higher, just might discourage all the bs penny-phuckers adding/removing fake quotes and generally screwing things.

There even ought to be cancellation fees for abusers who constantly post/cancel their bs orders, too!
