I think they can get a lot tougher. The regulations are bad enough but I'm worried about the market in general. If all we have are single digit stocks to trade the pickins' are going to get mighty slim.
Reverse stock splits are a last-ditch effort, as they dramatically increase the float, diluting the pool as it were. Regarding the SEC Chairman, let's not worry about things over which we have no control. Lord knows there's enough things in this world that need worrying about
