SEC charges GS with fraud

  1. Why someone hasn't taken a gun and blown blankfein's head is beyond me.

The only way to fight this crap is through violence :]

  2. The problem is Goldman probably knew about this news and shorted the hell out of the indexes.

Notice the heavy spike in volume near the close yesterday :]

Love the sell-off before the news hit the tape.

I'm guessing GS made enough from that to pay off any potential fines while at the same time supporting half of the Southhampton housing market!:D :D

    Thank you SEC!

I am going to go out on a limb:

    1) Lloyd Blankfein is ousted.
    2) A One billion dollar fine.
    3) At least one person goes to jail.

Breaking news, GS traders told by risk management to hedge its own demise. GS puts to take over the balance sheet as their largest exposure. Blankfein said 'we are too good of traders to have significant exposure to our fraudulent transactions'
