SEASON 2, thursday TV WALLSTREET WARRIORS

Discussion in 'Professional Trading' started by jtnet, Jan 22, 2008.

  1. Okay Bobby G only has eight episodes and they ended with a nice closure and a whimper.

How long is Season 2 of Wall Street Warriors? I mean things just started to get interesting because of the sub-prime fallout when this was filming.

As for the SNDK fiasco, with what is on the table you think these guys would of recommended going short. That is what is crap about being on Wall Street.... all this upward long bias approach to things have lost people lots of money.

  3. With Brett and his Private Equity segments....

Those are tough to make interesting since that whole damn industry and its people are boring as hell.

  4. Kathy Lien has fallen far. She was highly regarded at JPMorgan, and now nobody even listens to her. They aren't analysts at FXCM they are just financial journalists focusing on exchange rates. Laetitia really screwed up by not taking the job in France for 2 years then parlaying that into a better job in NY.

DailyFX's economic calendar is useful though.

  5. Yes. After looking on what has transpired... definitely Laetitia should of either stuck out at SMB and learned to really trade or stuck with that merchant banking gig in Paris. I am sure she would learn some great trading lessons at FXCM but given her choices that she had, it was not a good idea she chose that route. But she is still young and just right out of school so time is still on her side.

  7. It's about quality of her writing. like someone said earlier, she and the rest of FXCM aren't much more than journalists. plus FXCM is a joke

  9. where are all the professional suits?, why all these leisure closes, if that not's part of the deal?, what's he trying to close, especially in these pictures...

left himself way too open to negative scrutiny...

again, I ask, where were all those incredibly shaped D.R. girls at, near the pools or hotel...

if you think Letitia has anything worthy of noting (as some of the comments made earlier), then your eyes have not seen the glory of ....., well, abundance!

    :D

  10. RedDuke

    RedDuke

I think it was a good season. Purely from entertainment side of course.

I liked Larry the most in this season.

My first season vote goes to Alex Gerchik (day trader).

Both look like real deal unlike some other characters.
