  1. being a fouding partner... we can well say he's paying for his stuff himself... so... i kinda like this guy ... he knows his finance (that's why he's renting cars for business trips etc and owning them) plus the ventures shown during the show aren't that bad ....

Has he sealed any deals ? To me this looks like a lot of advertising for the resort, the helicopter company, Porsche, his charity work and the exotic rental car place.

Maybe I missed something, but what has he done ?

  5. folks, bret's job is to raise funds and then take a small cut of the funds invested.

he is working for his 2% or less and then *hopefully* a cut of any positive deals.

he is an asset gatherer vs. u and i as hunters.

but the problem is that his gathering is in the 10MM plus range whilst the bulk of ET is busy w/ 50K accounts.

he has a good deal--if we can all get it.

plus i like how he is short and puffs his chest out to show agression in his walk. lol

also, i'm proud of him and what he's done after the tragedy of losing a parent to such a dangerous disease. go brett go....

I don’t understand your question. Alex said that Mr Brett, owns some of the cars and I stated they were rented …at least this is what was said in one of the early episodes.

Now your asking me why buy a depreciating asset ? I guess it is due to personal preference.

Arguably a wife can be considered a depreciating asset that we all pay dearly for and yet the value decreases with no writing off. Often times our loses are increased when the togetherness is terminated prematurely.

so why get married when you can rent a wife ...as per Elliot Spitzer.

  9. Plus we never have ownership, nor do they do what they're told, lol.

  10. Your wife doesn't do what you tell her? That's weak bro. Grab your balls and man up. If she doesn't what you tell her, she loses credit card privileges. It's that simple.
