Sears Using Spyware to Monitor Your Personal Information

  1. Once you install our application, it monitors all of the Internet behavior that occurs on the computer on which you install the application , including both your normal web browsing and the activity that you undertake during secure sessions, such as filling a shopping basket, completing an application form or checking your online accounts, which may include personal financial or health information

SHLD is selling off for other reasons. Primarily beacause it's a piece of shit stock being valued more for its real estate holdings than its retailing prowess. And since the real estate ponzi scheme is in the process of unwinding, SHLD has more downside to it.

You can rest assured SHLD shareholders couldn't care less on privacy issues. After all MSFT shareholders don't seem to be complaining. You should do more research on the invasiveness of the latest MSFT "updates". They'll probably put an "anti-terrorism" spin to it once it comes out.
