Just received a letter from some law firm in PA soliciting for plantiffs in a class action suit against Sears for some sort of stock fraud. Since I only owned it for 8 minutes (and made a profit), does that mena I can't participate? Stuff like this makes me happy to be a trader now instead of the old buy & pray stuff. Timeframe on the suit is 1/17/2002 - 10/17/2002. Anyone else get this in the mail? Smitty
