I didn't say Hannity specifically if you go back and read my post. I was referring to right-wing talk radio as a group. I have heard Hannity constantly push the Wright, Ayers, and association with a terrorist angle. He did it for weeks and weeks, and you could not listen to him for 15-minutes without hearing it. Rush talked about the birth certificate/not born in the U.S. thing...in fact, when Obama went to see his dying grandmother last week Rush talked about it being a cover to take care of the "birth certificate issue". Mark Levin, a Hannity disciple, also pushed the not a U.S. citizen thing constantly, and often referred to him as being a Muslim. I don't have the desire to find links for you. You can do that on your own.
How in the hell could you have the time and the mindset to watch three hours of any news opinion anchor let alone those three. Proof that people here are demented.
"Focusing your life solely on making a buck shows a certain poverty of ambition. It asks too little of yourself. Because it's only when you hitch your wagon to something larger than yourself that you realize your true potential." I dont understand why everyone who "makes a buck" should feel obligated or responsible to give a little bit to everyone else. The "everyone else" who is entitled to have four kids, a house, two cars and a flat screen TV when they make 45K a year. People are spoiled and feel entitled to live beyond their means. The American public is lazy, stupid and entitled and it pisses me of to give them anything.
I really don't see anything wrong with Hannity or others discussing known past associates of a guy running for president of the United States. Hannity never accused obama of being a terrorist. In fact, I heard him repeatedly dosavow any inference of that. It is highly relevant that a candidate has a long record of being closely associated with the sort of people Obama had in his background. It becomes even more relevant when he is running on a platform that is in many ways the diametric opposite of what his past suggested. We all know if John McCain had a long record of associating with KKK groups, the Aryan Brotherhood and neo-nazi groups, that is all the media would have discussed and rightly so. This election established a high water mark of leftwing media bias, which was evident even on election night with black reporters being allowed to go on camera with tears streaming down their faces saying how wonderful it all was. The difference I see with Hannity and Rush compared to Olbermann and Maddow is that the conservatives focus on issues not personal attacks. Hannity does not have a nightly feature about the "worst person in the world". That's Olbermann, and his stooge Maddow is no slouch at personal attacks either. She is just slightly more restrained. Instead of spitting and slobbering, she has a permanent sneer.
