A difference of opinion? How is calling someone a terrorist, saying they are a Muslim when they are a Christian, saying they are not a U.S. citizen when they are, and highlighting associations that were either non-existent or cursory at best having a difference of opinion?

A difference of opinion is you thinking we should stay in Iraq, and me saying we should not. Or you being against universal healthcare and me being for it.

Defamation is not a difference of opinion. If McCain/Palin had stuck to the issues they may have had a chance, at least with me. I was undecided going into the last debate. But they didn't, and Americans voted that they were sick of those types of attacks and politics.

  3. It's not a stretch. Ask Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines.

Limbaugh and Hannity are very similar -- divide and dehumanize.

  4. He is a disingenuos talk show host who writes inaccurate books and has a following. It's a start on the road to evil.

  5. It's over . Obama won. He is OUR President. Those are the rules. Now, Okiphenoke, put a cork in it.

Lets' hope, this guy isn't an empty suit. Let's hope that he can be a leader for the black community, unlike the get rich Charlatans who have looted and misused their own people. There are no excuses now. The Country has proven it has grown up. Here is the opportunity to move those people forward.

Let's hope he's not tested. Let's hope he reaches across the aisle, makes good decisions, is truly an agent for change, and executes the office in the interest of all the people.

It is out of our hands. It 's in his.

I despise Chris Matthew, Olbermann, Brokaw, Harwood, Cooper, Cafferty.................. Guess what. I don't watch them. I suggest you do the same w/Hannity.

  6. I think Olbermann is annoying, but I actually like Maddow. It is no secret she is a liberal, but she brings on solid GOP representation to talk and debate.

But neither Olbermann or Maddow stoop to the levels of Hannity, Rush, Levin or the other wingnuts when it comes to spreading out and out falsehoods. If you hear Olberman or Maddow say that McCain keeps underage Vietnamese girls locked in his cellar as sex slaves, then I will agree you can compare them to the likes of those three.

McCain owed it to voters to explain why he, a Republican, was going to be different from Bush, also a Republican. America would not vote for Bush again, and unless McCain differentiated himself they assumed he was Bush.

Instead of telling voters why he would be different than Bush and then better than Obama, all you heard was Ayers, Ayers, Ayers, Maverick, Ayers, Ayers, Joe the Plumber, Ayers, Ayers, Ayers.

That is why he lost. But it is all behind us. Time for us to come together. I think Hannity's audience will slowly dwindle.
