Guys, im new to this. Whats your take on the streetsmart pro software? I notice that there are many "trading" platforms out there but it seems the software is expensive and you must purchase data feed. so what am i missing by using the street smart platform?
You might want to look over the thread in the Retail forum about the CyberTrader transition to Schwab. Basically, Schwab owns Cyber and is transitioning its customers over to a new version of SSP. The bottom line is that StreetSmart Pro is not really a direct access platform suitable for daytrading now but should be adequate after the switchover.
wow, did a search.. what a mess.. i mostly swing trade and option trade but now im really wondering what im missing out on using the watered down Scwhab version.. recomendations welcome BTW- scwhab option execution does suck. It cost me $500 two weeks ago. :eek:
