    eficiency's post was a well thought out and informative post. he did not deserve to be cursed at in a 2 sentence illogical retort. a stiff continuing fine by the year would do much more for his victims than a long jail sentence.

  5. He was very successful at doing bad things and crimes for which the law provides prison sentences. He was very well liked because, in part, he was admired by other specialists who did the same bad things and crimes, but not as successfully.

  6. Ok, how about this: Make him serve just <b>one</b> day in prison for each incident of theft. Let's see: 26,300 thefts...that comes out to 72 years behind bars. Fair enough? :D
