  1. 14 actions (entry, exit or reversal) for 13.50 points ES (one wash trade). I began with the Opening Bar at 9:30 AM Eastern Time, and I stopped trading the ES at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. I'm not to SCT yet. I often leave the computer screens to chat on the phone, post to the ET Chatroom (or threads) or go have a smoke in order to give myself a mental rest. Since I am new to SCT, the practice drains me mentally, so I have to build up to doing it all day long. I'm still pretty much a rookie at this SCT stuff.

Use your Time and Sales to filter out the small fish, and then. you won't experience the fake out's caused by small size.

Congratulations Excellent trading. Would you please post your execution sheet sometimes so we can see exactly where you are reversing. It would be a big help.

  4. Here is a chart showing Hershey making live SCT trade calls in a Paltalk room. On the very first trade he rode a 6 point winner into the dirt waiting for a point 3 to develop. Instead of making a multiple of the H-L he basically broke even IN LIVE TRADING CALLS. Oh yeah he was "out ahead of the mkt". Didn't exactly snag the low there eh Hershey ?

  7. As a rookie, I still need to learn a few things. For example, I don't have it in my mind yet what Gaussians do for me, nor do I use Stretch / Squeeze at this time. I learn what tool to use, and in what context I should use it, as I move along. When I encounter some confusion with respect to market direction, I look in the toolbox to see what might help. Recently, I added Time and Sales and a NinjaTrader Ladder to help me focus in on trend changes / reversal points at support / resistance levels. In other words, I continue to progress to SCT, but do not yet have my mind wrapped around the entire puzzle. Once I do, I'll be happy to share the knowledge in whatever fashion required.

I can already see how the 60 / 40 split takes a cut out of Uncle Sam's pockets. Cutting the tax bill definitely is an attractive benefit to trading the futs.

  8. Please allow me to read between the lines:
These 14 actions occurred where the trades WOULD HAVE been made using the copyrighted JT Hershey HINDSIGHTOLOGY religion.

  9. In keeping with the tenets of HINDSIGHTOLOGY I have corrected the Hershey chart showing how he really screwed himself on this particular day.
