You are quick to mention how Biden was elected because of the swing state votes and now you are pretending that total popular votes matter.

well, you did blame the 6-3 on progs so I referenced the 2016 election failures, not Biden's.

Those are facts, both Nader and Klein took credit for getting the Republicans elected.

 

We did elect Senators like Merkley,Warren,Smith,Bernie etc who support adding judges.Progs will continue to vote for candidates that support expanding the court,and not vote for those who dont.
