    Because Supreme Court said so, you can't change the recess appointments because Supreme Court already decided on it.

    I said change the federal law, it should be done but I am not blaming Biden for not signing a law that isn't on his desk or Schumer to not push a bill that doesn't even have 50 votes. That's reality, you don't have to like it to know it.

    Moderates Dems had all 3 branches last year and let it happen so its not like voting for them will change things.
