Score another one for the good guys. No officers charged in Breonna Taylors death

Warrant for arrest had name and address of the deceased. It was a no knock warranty. In the process of serving the warrant a police officer is initially shot in the thigh. Someone in the apartment fired first on the police.

Shooter, who shot first, claims he fired a warning shot. Warning shots are shot up into the air, not at someone's thigh.

WARRANT SHOT AT AND HIT POLICE CASE CLOSED.

The most outrageous thing here is that the Taylor family gets $12 million?? And then of course the righteous indignation that someone in the black community got shot.

There is more going on here. Need to know more details on why no knock warranty was issued for Taylor. Info so far is she dated a drug dealer 2 yrs ago and within the last few months had phone conversations with him while he was in jail. You do not issue a no knock just with that.

I defer all future discussion to the comment made by Nancy Pelosi on the recent unfettered rioting and looting by african americans in several democrat municipalities - "People do what they do."

It isn't bullshit. Here4money is always taking the side of the suspect no matter what. Show me one post where he defended ANY police action. One post, Fred.

As for defending the OP, no, I don't believe I would want to. But the fact is that the Police executed a warrant. They knocked and received fire from a drug dealer. One was hit. they returned fire and Breonna was hit and died from her wounds. This is a tragedy, but the police were in the right and acted accordingly. Should they have acted differently? I don't think that is a reasonable expectation given being under fire. You haven't been under fire, so you have no idea what it is like.

Why not? I can throw a rock or a ball or even a person quite well. If I see someone throw like a girl and that person is a man, yeah, I'm going to poke fun. Because its funny.

  5. His comments appear to have been thus far limited to egregious excesses by the police. How can anyone defend such overstepping?

Because, to him, it is always overstepping. That's the point.

If you want, we can show all the times I criticized law enforcement and all the times he supported law enforcement and see which one has more examples.
