Bottom line I knew the cops were going to be let off because they were not the ones who created the warrant and simply were told where to go and how to act. This is the bullshit training men in blue with guns and power to violate the constitution get and why we have so many abuses. Was the body cam on? NO of course not..easier to violate the law with no evidence. One of the officers was charged with blindly firing his weapon into the apartment.....but not for killing Breonna Taylor.... wtf? Everyone around the warrant should be fired or removed from a position of power and the two cops who were reassigned should never be allowed out again to patrol. The police knocked on the door and then barged in with a battering ram. here was nothing on the warrant about violent criminals inside the apartment or any actual crime being committed and the actual person of interest was 10 miles away. If you go to an apartment in the middle of the night why would you expect people to be awake and answer the door immediately? The knocking startles Taylor and Walker out of bed, and they began yelling out, asking who is there, Walker said. They don't hear a response. 12:43 a.m.: Officers on scene call dispatch to report an officer had been shot. Officials say this was the shot Walker fired. Taylor is struck in the return fire by police. Bullets went into the upstairs apartment and bullets went into apartment three. --- real cowboys huh.. When a doctor fucks up, they lose their job and money in a lawsuit. Police just get reassigned and keep al ltheir benefits. The irony is the 3rd cop is being arrested for reckless use of his firearm because bullets went into the apartment next door but not being charged at all for killing an innocent women. What most people here who hate Blacks keep forgetting is she was not guilt of any crime or a person of interest.
Im not in anyway saying the cops did something good, that wasnt my premise at all. the point was actually seeing what is wrong and can be addressed vs getting all emotional and silly. if something is wrong we should try and fix it, like reasonable people But its getting late and need to trade in the AM...

There's more wrong on the cop-side than the Taylor side. As the facts have been currently presented, of course. The story can change a bit in the near future. We'll just have to wait and see.
Biden and Harris pandering to BLM every time regardless of the facts is going to cost them votes in my opinion. I felt that the cop in the George Floyd case should be charged with 3rd degree murder. However, I've either been on the fence or sided with law enforcement in pretty much everyone of these cases since. Unless they have information that I don't, I don't see how people can get riled up over Taylor's death when the boyfriend was shooting at the cops.
