I want to start a thread where we can post outstanding science videos. This one is really outstanding. Susskind on General Relativity. 1-9 are on the right hand side and it is required reading to undertand this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCRG1uzc9xg Susskind is a grandmaster teacher.
Good idea. I'll have to dig up something on the Double Slot (or Slit) experiment. That freaks me out every time I think about. Well here's a cartoon video, but it gives the basic idea well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfPeprQ7oGc
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mv8rfJmCPk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mL8OaCW1X5c Nitro, this is experiment for behavior. Is this ok for your thread, or no?
I would like to make a contribution to your thread . I think you might enjoy this nitro. A really interesting dude with a hat on explaining stuff really clearly and, puts forward what I thought you you might find is a compelling idea about science and the sacred. Not that long to watch so worth going through 1-4 , with lots of science 'made simple' which is always engaging Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4
