Yeah, is more in line with the people on ET dreaming of making money in trading... All dreamers come together here.
Perhaps, you can contribute some real "science". I don't see any posts from you except one where you're dreaming about how you can use time travel to benefit your trading.
I did this already in past, but a lot of people said I was daydreaming... so what's the use? What is science for the happy few is a daydream for the majority.
Yes, I was just teasing you. Its all daydreaming. None of us really know. My brain handles the multiple simultaneous timelines more comfortably. The contractions and conflicts you create by allowing the "single" timeline to be changed through travelling into the past, messes with my head. For example: If you can travel into the past, you can destroy your own existence. Therefore, if there is only one timeline, how did you manage to travel into the past to destroy your own existence when you didn't exist in the first place? My assertion suggests that we all exist in multiple states simultaneously. Weird, I know, but its the only way to escape the paradox that I mentioned above. Or, .... time travel is simply not possible.
Talking about paradoxes, what about travelling into the future? I travel from F1 to F2, but doesn't my presence in F2, assume the existence of F3? Therefore, aren't I influencing the past of F3, by travelling to F2. Way easier to think of multiple simultaneous timelines or no time travel at all.
I am not sure if you are serious or not. However, I will try to answer. A few years ago I went to a Buddhist monastry in Thailand to practice meditation. That's where I met a few people who I believed to have some sort of 'supernatural' power or abilities, metaphysical, etc. Dejavu is another thing. I believed most of us experience dejavu from time to time. It happens to most people if not everyone. That shows that future-seeing is possible because you actually saw the events in your dream before seeing them again in reality. I don't think they would answer my questions if I were to ask them about commodity trading. You got to be in the society to understand that it is improper to ask them these questions. They are living in a different reality.
Human thinking is very limited. We are too used to the reality that we are in. In the entire universe, there are virtually infinite realities/possibilities/dimensions. Things that you think it's abnormal could be a normal thing in another universe. Vice versa. There could be 4th, 5th, 6th dimensions beyond time. Limitless possibilities.
I agree. Schrödinger's cat Two possible states of cat? Dead or Alive. Perhaps, there are an infinite possible number of available states: Quantity of available oxygen. It depends entirely on how your mind defines the problem. Time/space is now a mental problem. Our thought controls time and space. There was a Star Trek episode on this subject.
One problematic issue with time travel that no-one seems to think about is that the Earth is in a completely different place in the universe right now compared to where it was even a few seconds ago or where it will be even a few seconds from now. If you jumped back or forward in time without also moving in space to where the Earth was/will be at your destination time you'd end up hanging out in space where the Earth once was or will be in the future. So, you need to move a whole spaceflight and reentry capable vehicle through time, not just a person!
